Introduction to the "Pipeline" concept
JAVA Pipelines lets you solve a complex text manipulation problems by breaking the problem down into a series of smaller, less complex tasks. These simpler programming tasks, also called stages, are pre-built programs that can then be concatenated or "hooked" together to produce the final results that you desire. The output resulting from a stage becomes the input to the next pipe stage. A series of stages is known as a pipeline because the result of one stage is "piped" into the next stage. To run a pipeline or set of pipelines, use the supplied JAVA Application Programming Interface (API) or the supplied PIPELINE Graphical User Command Interface (GUI).
